RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR STAY AT THE MODENA HOTEL

1)Reservation:
The reservation of accommodation is made based on a request of a person (by phone, by e-mail or personally) and shall be regarded as confirmed (guaranteed) upon agreement with a reception desk clerk (manager) and payment of and advance payment. No refunds should the reservation be cancelled. No sanction shall apply in case of change to date of the stay.

2)Method of calculation:
The payment for the term of the stay shall be paid upon check-in in cash or by wire transfer prior to check-in. 

3)Calculation of time and duration of the stay:
Arrival from 2 p.m. and departure until 11 a.m.
Unified estimated time 11:00.
Daily at the MODENA Hotel – from 11 a.m. to 11 a.m. of the following day.
Late departure:
EUR 12  shall be charged for late departure.

4)Change to duration of the stay
Should the stay be shortened by less than 72 hours (3 days) before scheduled departure, one-night stay fee shall be charged.
Should the stay be shortened by more than 3 day (4 days and more of total duration), fee amounting to 50% of the amount for reduced duration of the stay shall be charged.

5)No-show of guest at the hotel (reservation cancellation procedure):
In case of guaranteed reservations and arrival delays of at least one day, the total room rate per room will be charged also for no-occupancy days. If a guest does not arrive at the hotel without notifying the hotel in any manner of his or her new arrival date and time on the original date of arrival (from the time of the guest’s expected arrival), the reservation is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable and accommodation at the Modena Hotel will be dependent on room availability. After one day (in the event of the guest’s no-show without notifying the hotel of the new arrival date and time), the Modena Hotel reserves the right to provide the reserved room to another guest without deposit refund. When the guest notifies the hotel of his or her new arrival date and time, the room reservation may be preserved provided that the guest informs the hotel of the precise date of his or her stay. In such a case, the terms and conditions for new reservations will apply.

6)General rules:
Accommodation at the Modena Hotel is possible upon submission of a passport or other ID card. Visitors may stay in the rooms from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. with approval of the Modena Hotel reception desk clerk and the guest’s visitor. The provider of the accommodation shall not be responsible for action of the visitors. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. No noise disturbance after 11 p.m.
Should the rules for accommodation at the Modena Hotel not be adhered to and resulting in material damage as well as discomfort of the other guests, the Modena Hotel shall have right to refuse the guest or withdraw from the accommodation contract (the guests shall be moved out).
